Time Frame: 12 months; usually one meeting per quarter for a total of 4 days, with the last meeting as a one-day off-site retreat.

Maintaining a Culture of Engaged Performance™

The next 12 months are a crucial time for the organization.  Either the Culture of Engaged Performance™ will take hold and allow the Vision to live and flourish; or the organization will slide backwards and retreat into its old and familiar habits.  Managers will either be encouraged to continue with their new behaviors to engaged employees by Building Trust, Encouraging Personal Responsibility, and focusing on Strengths, or they will backslide back to being directors and controllers and destroying any progress made, and perhaps making the organization’s situation even worse.

RDS provides clients with continual support during this period by providing quarterly meetings with the executive team and the CEO, as well as e-mail and phone support.  Usually the quarterly meetings are with the full team for two to four hours with a one to two hour private meeting with the CEO.  We encourage that the second quarterly meeting include an additional one to two hour “town hall” meeting with all managers.  The fourth quarterly meeting is usually reserved for a full-day Annual Retreat for the executive team.  This meeting includes in-depth review of where the team and organization started, what it has accomplished, and what is left to be accomplished and how what it will take to make that happen.  The team is also reassessed on its effectiveness (see Team Quest™), and this report is reviewed.

 

This program may be renewed on an annual basis after the initial one year period for ongoing performance improvement.
